In addition to saving money on your monthly utilities bill, you can get a $1,500 tax credit simply by installing a tankless water heater!
Under The American Recovery & Reinvestment Act of 2009, home owners are now eligible to receieve a tax credit up to 30% (maximum of $1,500) of the total cost and installation of a tankless water heater. Heaters must be placed into service in existing homes by December 31, 2010.
Tax credits are also availabl at 30% of the cost, with no uppoer limit through 2016 (for existing homes & new construction) for solar water heating.

Since there is no storage tank to keep heated all day and no pilot light, the Takagi T-KJr. Tankless Water
Heater only burns gas when you need hot water. This eliminates standby heat loss which can be as high
as 3 - 4 % every hour for storage tank type water heater. The Takagi T-KJr. can save as much as fifty
percent on your fuel cost.
The Takagi T-KJr. Gas Water Heater with its convenient design and compact size is made to go anywhere
you need hot water. The Takagi T-KJr. Hot Water Heater can free up valuable space in your home or other
